摘要
Metal rubber (MR) devices, also called wire mesh dampers, are a new type of material made by pressing coiled thin metal wires into various shapes, and a damper is a nonlinear damping device with dry friction hysteresis, which can reduce the vibration in a wide frequency band. In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of the rocket sled, an improved scheme of the rocket sled with vibration reduction function is designed. Based on studying the mechanical characteristics and parameter model of the metal rubber devices, the dynamic finite element model of rocket sled structure was established. Through simulation analysis, the static and dynamic characteristics of rocket sled structure are studied, and the dynamic response under spectral excitation is estimated emphatically. The response changes before and after the vibration reduction measures are compared, and the effectiveness of the vibration reduction design scheme is preliminarily proved, which provides conditions for the implementation of the rocket sled's test.
