A cost estimation model of product based on CAD/CAPP integration

摘要
A cost estimating model in product design phase is proposed based on CAD/CAPP integration. The model includes CAD feature recognizing and extracting, product feature modeling and process planning, then a PPBCES(process planning based cost estimating system) is developed based on this estimating model. The main modules are feature recognition of CAD, feature modeling, product process planning and cost estimating. The estimation process is restricted by real resource of enterprise, so estimating results are actual, credible, exact, and the estimating results can be feedback to designer in time. Validation of the model we present is proved by a case runs in the PPBCE system.
