摘要
For an effective setting in practice of programs whose end is the creation of healthy lifestyle is necessary the evaluation of the beliefs that the group has, among which we find the health self-perception, indicator related to the lifestyle. The purpose of this project is to establish lifestyle typologies and to know if they are related to the health perception, so as relating participation in physical activities, lifestyle and health perception. The population study object has been 745 adolescents. The analysis for conglomerates is the technique used for the grouping. The results show the existence of two lifestyle groups. There are not differences in regard to the health perception between both groups and the realization of organized physical activity does not influence neither the adscription to the groups nor the health self-perception.
