Study of critical points for the analysis of organophosphorus pesticides residues in food

摘要
In this paper experimental tests were carried out to evaluate the recoveries of particular pesticides in some critical steps of many analytical methods. Nine organophosphates pesticides were investigated: Trichlorophon, Metasystox-R, Dichlorvos, Methamidophos, Acephate, Omethoate, Dicrotophos, Monocrotophos and Demeton-S-methylsulphon. The critical steps examined were: vacuum rotary evaporation, purification by GPC, extraction by organic solvent and stability or degradability in acid ambient.
