摘要
This paper is to seek a proper B2B e-business competitive strategy which will make the organization keep oil competitive advantage. In this paper, formulating the whole B2B e-business strategy mainly includes three steps: key factors diagnosis in external and internal environment; the choice of B2B business model; implement of B2B e-business strategy by stages. In addition, cause and effect analysis method has been applied and fishbone diagram is presented. It concluded that the identification and establishment of B2B e-business competitive strategy for the organization will be the necessary condition for improved business and competitiveness. Additionally, the organizational structure, business model, and the overall strategy will be influenced and innovated in the B2B e-business environment.
