Laue diffraction of X-rays in the cylindrically-bent monocrystals with microdefects: Quasi-diffuse scattering

摘要
The analytical expression for the quasi-diffuse component of reflecting power is obtained for the cylindrically bent single crystal containing homogeneously distributed Coulomb-type defects. In the symmetric case of diffraction, the angular dependences of the quasi-diffuse component are plotted at various crystal-bending radii for characteristic CuK alpha and MoK alpha radiations. The analytical expression for the coefficient of absorption due to quasi-diffuse scattering is obtained. Asymptotical estimations are given for Bragg and quasi-diffuse components of the reflecting power of the bent crystal.
