摘要：

According to the data on GDP and fixed assets investment in China from 1980 to 1999,the article gives positive researches that contain the change about the growth rate of GDP and fixed assets investment. At the same time it calculates investment multiplier, accelerator and elasticity coefficient about GDP to investment and investment to GDP.
