摘要
In order to decrease the damage to oil layer, we researched to plug foam into the channels across the tube in heavy oil well. We established the physical models of the channels across the tubes in different pressure systems, analyzed the law of outflow in the channels across the tube and the influence of injection method on plugging effect and optimized the injection method of gas-liquid-gas. By analyzing and experimenting, we found that the key to plugging the foam into the channels across the tube in heavy oil well is to inject gas which can raise reservoir pressure to exceed the water channeling pressure, press channeling water and avert the influence of water on foam plugging. Due to the difficulty of injecting heavy oil and the presence of barrier, it is difficult to separate gas and heavy oil. If the channeling water saturate the reservoir voidage, reservoir pressure can be raised and exceed water channeling pressure. We researched the injection distributaries of the plugged foam in the channel across the tube of the heavy oil well and pointed out that the injected fluid mostly turned into water channeling formation and the aim of injection was gained. By simulating the core in oil-water layer and the unconsolidated sand pack in the channel across the tube, we evaluated the foam plugging intensity and efficiency. The results proved that the effect of foam plugging meet the requirement for field production. It's also proved to be successful in field experiment
