摘要
The reduction in mass during abrasion of polishing materials obtained by impregnating nonwoven fabrics, consisting of synthetic fibers of various chemical nature, with rubber latexes and a polyurethane dispersion was studied. For the study, nonwovens based on polyester and polypropylene fibers and experimental polyacetal fiber were used. It was shown that the decrease in mass depends on the impregnating composition and the type of fibers used to obtain the nonwoven fabric. The minimum reduction in mass of materials made of fibers of various chemical nature impregnated with latexes is achieved with an impregnation degree of 5-8%. When using a polyurethane dispersion for impregnation of polypropylene and polyacetal fiber materials, the minimum weight reduction is achieved with an impregnation degree of up to 20%.
