摘要：

This article considers a method of constructing an exact confidence interval of a parameter and an exact joint confidence region of the parameters of two-parameter family of lifetime distribution under type-2 progressive censoring. Two pivotal quantities T-1 and T-2 are derived. Five members of family of distribution are discussed to illustrate the method developed.
