摘要：
This article outlines the nonsurgical management of lung cancer. The benefits, indications, and use of irradiation for medically resectable, non-small-cell lung cancer are addressed. The use of combined modality therapy in the management of regionally advanced, non-small-cell lung cancer is reviewed. Ongoing clinical research and some of the current national protocols are highlighted.
