摘要
White LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) in Visible Light Communication (VLC) is an emerging technology used for common communication systems. LEDs have a number of advantages, one of which is long life expectancy. MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) technique is a method to improve the performance of a VLC but as the number of transmitters and receiver increases BER (Bit Error Rate) increases due to adjacent channel interference. This paper proposed a model to improve the performance of MIMO VLC and analyzed mathematically. The performance enhancement is using different equalizers such as MMSE (Minimum Mean Square Error) equalizer, ZF-SIC (Zero Forcing Equalizer with Successive Interference Cancellation) equalizer and MMSE-SIC (Minimum Mean Square Error with Successive Interference Cancellation).
