摘要
Small-world network, the progress of complexity research of science in recent years, can be used to analyze knowledge sharing in university research team. The article started from the theory of small-world network, analyzed network relationship in university research team. The W-S model was applied to study knowledge sharing from small-world network perspective. The most three basic features of structure, degree distribution, clustering coefficient and characteristic path length, were used to analyze and describe knowledge sharing in university research team. A new light was cast on the improvement of performance in university research team.
