摘要
3D foamlike mesoporous silica with ca. 16 nin pore size (see figure) has been used to immobilize aldolase antibody 84G3. This immobilization results in significantly accelerated and stable a1dol reactions at similar selectivities (> 98 % ee) compared to those of the free antibody.
