摘要
Physical, psychological and social changes are experienced in the adolescent stage; Some of these changes are shown in the search for personal identity and the autonomy of greater intimacy with parents: in the distancing of the parental bond; in the development of sexuality and cognitive development. Added to all this, the adolescent is in a stage where it is urgent to promote spaces for Social Integration. This article aims to describe a didactic methodology of physical education for the integration of adolescents at risk of social inclusion. An analysis of the state of the art was previously carried out where research was found that diagnosed Sport and Physical Activity as an ideal space for the moral development of adolescents and that sport is a means to increase social relations, promote debate, strengthen criteria convenient and discard those that limit the human being. On the other hand, the review of social programs of physical education in the formation of adolescence gave rise to the design of a specific methodology for the social integration of young people at risk of social exclusion. The methods used in this work for the effective achievement of the objectives were: narrative review, self-observation and self-report. In general, a series of sessions for social integration was obtained as a result. This is an idea that fosters a didactic use of physical education to improve positive behaviors and attitudes in adolescents.
