摘要
Today enterprises are facing with the rapid development of information technology, fierce competition and complex business environment. So a large number of enterprises bear enormous risk pressure brought by the uncertainty. Therefore, it's of great significance to research on risk evaluation of technological innovation undoubtedly. This thesis describes the composition and index system of the enterprise's technological innovation risk, and adopts method of information entropy to define weight. Combining the established matter-element evaluation model and the calculating formula, it confirms the risky rank of enterprise's technological innovation and approves the scientific and feasibilities of this method, through the risk evaluation of enterprise's technological innovation.
