Toward a CisLunar Marketplace

In the progression of the human economy, only one domain remains undeveloped: outer space. The high cost of reaching orbit has been an obvious hurdle, but another challenge is that goods and people must move efficiently from place to place once they are in space. United Launch Alliance, the joint venture of Boeing and Lockheed Martin, is addressing both problems through its CisLunar-1000 initiative.
