摘要
Since 2005, Beijing, the capital 0, has entered the important stage of moving from an industrial society to a post-industrial society and the era of knowledge economy, which is also a crucial period for urban space structure. The planning and construction of mal. or traffic hub, track traffic and large municipal infrastructure play a vital role in supporting and promoting the restructuring of urban space. With the construction of large-scale infrastructure, the development and utilization of urban underground space have also grown rapidly. This article looks back on and sums up the experience in utilizing underground space that Beijing has gained in recent years by relying on the construction of large traffic hubs, 'including Beijing Southern Station, track traffic projects averaging about 50 km a year, a large number of metro stations, south-to-north water diversion project, water plant and sewage treatment plant; puts forth the views of "scientific grasp of the stages and opportunities for the development and utilization of underground space; utilize underground space in giving priority to arranging urban infrastructure; seize the opportunity of development and construction to utilize underground space in a scientific way; develop urban underground space for intensive utilization of resources"; makes systematic presentations about the need for large cities to seize development opportunities, optimized utilization of urban land, matching between underground space and urban space, development-utilization degree and scale analysis of underground space.
