Investment & finance research to large-scale infrastructure construction agency project

Large-scale infrastructure construction in China will transfer from developed east coastal areas to the central and western regions for quite long period. For non-operating urban infrastructure investments, enterprises need to evaluate the feasibility of participating in the project carefully. Completely different from general project, the choice of investment and financing models is the prerequisite to large-scale infrastructure agency project. In China, it is decided by governments' financing management method and construction management capacity, and the key issue is the correct position for government in economic activities. In this article, an operating large bridge project has been taking into initially evaluated in investment & finance planning, model choice and implementation.
