摘要：

In this paper, the collaborative innovation method is preferred for a timely and effective conceptual design of the next generation cellphone. During the idea identification process, a collaborative innovation model is constituted for organization of different groups. In the process of the next generation cellphone design, the evaluation of product is essential for every design alternative, especially in the conceptual design phase. Using the method of nonlinear search for optimum, an evaluation is performed in the case study.
