摘要
The effective Born charges and ionic displacements in the ferroelectric phase have bern used for estimations of relative contributions of different ion sublattices into the value of the spontaneous polarization of ABO(3) ferroelectric oxides with perovskite-type structure. The principal difference of PbTiO3 from other perovskite-type crystals, in particular from BaTiO3, has been established: the main contribution to the spontaneous polarization of PbTiO3 is given by oxygen ions.
