Business Environment and Public Procurement in the Czech regions

摘要：
In this article, the author discussed the relationship between procurement in regions of the Czech Republic and in relation to the unemployment rate. The author discussed the relationship of adjusting enter the subject of public procurement in terms of "regional" advantage, which is in accordance with public procurement law and must be respected within the business environment. This paper focuses on how such conditions are used by regional authorities and the influence of the amount of procurement at local (regional) unemployment.
