A facile route to pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines and [1]benzopyrano[4′,3′-e]pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines

摘要
A direct synthesis of pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines [5&6] and [1]benzopyrano[4',3 '-e]pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines (7) is described by Friedlander condensation. An alternative and a short route for the preparation of[1]benzopyrano[4',3'-e]pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridines (7) is also reported.
