摘要：
Phase-contrast X-ray computed tomography with a monolithic X-ray interferometer (PCCT) was applied to observe the ex-vivo of heart of rat. We successfully imaged the rat heart and depicted the morphological structures including the fine muscular fascicle. Especially, coronary vessels can be exactly depicted from same PCCT image.
