摘要
Based on the routine process operating data, some techniques of statistical process control are used to develop effective, realistic and non-parametric multivariate statistical tools to monitor different aspects of the controller, and to isolate and diagnose the causes of poor controller performance. Furthermore, knowledge based approaches are developed to help diagnose the root cause of performance deterioration, and heuristic-based adaptation mechanism is provided for operation guidance.
