摘要：
In this paper we combined a flow parallel wire thermal pulse time of flow sensor with a fast response differential pressure flowmeter which is based on measuring the pressure drop over a micro channel. The combined sensor shows a characteristic curve which is independent of temperature. The response time of the combined sensor is at a range of milli seconds.
