摘要：

In this paper, without assuming convexity of constraints, but assuming block-separable structure, we show that PVD sub-problems can be solved inexactly by the SSLE algorithm, which guarantees PVD sub-problems are compatible for every iteration. Convergence to a KKT point of the original problem under continuous differentiability of objective function and constraint functions is established.
