摘要：
The aim of this work is presenting the theoretical genesis, development and the current state of a tool for the calculation of quality indicators, applied to different levels of quality components in a course, including individual components, applying different uncertainty formalisms. This work has been motivated by the necessity of improving the evaluation of quality in Distance Education courses.
