摘要：
According to the characteristics of knowledge transfer in organization, the authors introduce a theory about hatching knowledge, and analyze the effects of the hatching and special knowledge on the knowledge transfer in organization. The study shows that the increase of initial hatching knowledge and special knowledge stock are both helpful to enhance the performance level of knowledge transfer, and the impact caused by special knowledge stock is much more evident.
