摘要
The paper deals with a sensitivity analysis of a dynamic model that describes the changes in the building stock of existent buildings. In the Czech Republic we have huge stock of old buildings with poor thermal parameters of a building shell as well as HVAC system. It is big issue to improve the building parameters with the goal to decrease the energy consumption. For the investigation of the problem the dynamic model has been built. The model is based on the system dynamic methodology and includes main elements that influence the dynamic behavior of the system. The analysis was focused on two important parameters a direct financial support and an energy price regulation. The results can help with the implementation of the energy saving politics.
