Atom-photon entanglement via noise

摘要
We show that a dissipative three-level atom and a photon will end up in an entangled state by virtue of noise. Both white noise and squeezed white noise may play a positive role in the generation of entanglement. We simulate the dependence of entanglement on the noise intensity and atom decay rate, etc. The results shed new light on noise-assisted entanglement preparation in quantum communication.
