摘要：
The paper deals with the Project "System of DE development for Investment Business-Planing and Analysis Training in Moscow and Regions of Russia "presentation. Three-stage training and international certification of experts in business-planing, financial analysis and investment policy are the main Project goals. The Project implementation scenario is discussed.
