摘要：
Firstly, the paper elaborates the connotation of the supply chain core competence and its basic constituent elements, and analysis the essential contents of knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. Secondly, the paper analysis the relationship between knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation and the supply chain core competence in details. Then, combining the above analysis, it constructs the internal evolution mechanism model of promoting the supply chain core competence based on knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. Finally, it proposes the strategies of promoting the supply chain core competence based on knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.
