摘要：
This paper outlines and discusses a variety of measures and performance indicators for linking success and effectiveness in inspection management programs. Case examples from regulatory environments are presented to relate to the foundation of quality - and more importantly - to the results and lessons learned - to serve as a framework for developing a performance model.
