摘要
The teaching process can be regarded as a service that can follow the life cycle stages. Educational activity is a long-term process, and results can be quantified in a more distant future. The teacher must assume the responsibility to achieve personalized teaching according to the needs of the pupils, the didactic approach must begin with the perception of the need and end with feedback from the learners. In the present paper, the didactic means used by the university professors were analyzed through the concept of life cycle management. A graphical representation language was used to detail the phases of the teaching life cycle by applying the IDEF-Integration DEFinition Language method. For the hierarchy of perceptual criteria, advanced multicriteria analysis was used, and the centralization of the data resulting from the assessment of the needs of the didactic means, according to the users' expectations, was achieved with the help of the Qualica software. The lifecycle model for a didactic means has been developed. Marketing research done for this purpose has clarified the causes that lead to the emergence of problems related to the teaching process and the teaching methods used. This has led to the identification of new curriculum development solutions taking into account the "market" and then to the design of the original teaching tools corresponding to this curriculum and perceived more easily by the students.
