摘要
Drainage of mine is an important to insure safety production of coal. Automation of drainage system is an important part of automation of coal production. Aiming at presently lower degree of automation of drainage system, we developed an automation device of drainage system of mine. The number of water pumps which will be operated and stopped are both determined through inspecting water level automatically and calculating flow capacity. Based on the principle of avoiding apex and filling vale and automatic running in turn, the time of pumps' started and stop and the operating period of time are confirmed automatically. The system has communication interface, so the running status Of water pumps and corresponding affiliated equipments can be inspected on the spot. Adopting intelligent control arithmetic based on fuzzy logic, some difficult problems such as nonlinearity of system, multi-variables and accurate model hardly to found are all preferably solved. Development successfully of this system satisfied the demand of automation for coal production process.
