摘要
In the field of pelvic floor dysfunction, pharmacotherapy has been widely used to treat urge continence and detrusor instability. Pharmacotherapy may also play a role in the treatment of stress incontinence, nocturnal enuresis, nocturia, voiding dysfunction, fecal incontinence, and constipation. This article discusses pharmacotherapy for these conditions and also summarizes the effects of estrogen on urogynecologic health.
