摘要
Shenzhen is a coastal city with prosperous economy, where land use benefits are obvious and pose a clear coupling relationship. A dynamic coupling model is set up In terms of the theory and method of general system science to study the coupling relationship of land use benefits in Shenzhen. The coupling relationship refers to the coordination relationship of land use benefits in this paper. Corresponding indicators and weights are made out in the light of the model requirement and the reality of Shenzhen city. The land use benefits become better from 1981 to 2004. The socioeconomic benefits rise stably and the eco-environment benefits develop fluctuant. The evolving processes of coupling degrees of land use benefits can be divided into 4 stages. The coupling degrees change from -54.39 degrees to 34.03 degrees during 1981 to 1986, the land use benefits soar from low-grade symbiosis into relative coordination. The coordination situation of land use benefits is optimum, continuous and stable from 1987 to 1990 because the coupling degrees are close to 45 degrees. The coordination extent of land use benefits decreases during 1991 to 1995 as the coupling degrees reach gradually to 73.44 degrees. The land use benefits are not very coordinated during the last 9 years because of the high coupling degrees which are close to 90 degrees.
