摘要
The emerging phenomenon of cultural feedback in modem society has not only challenged the traditional authority of educators but also weakened the knowledge authority, which led to the higher demands for educators. Especially for female college students, as a special group, we should consider their characters and the cultural features of post-figurative era, to adjust education strategies. Therefore, educators must change their awareness of educator authority, from "system authority" to "charm authority", achieving the change of cultural transformation consciousness and the ideological change of teacher-student relationship, to build a new type of educator authority and increase the effectiveness of education on female college students.
