摘要
The Caribbean has the potential for a significant increase in windpowered electricity production. A number of wind farm projects are being implemented, making wind potentially the fastest growing renewable energy technology in the region over the next two decades. Wind promises to provide more than 10 per cent of the electricity in many Caribbean countries by the year 2020. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
