摘要：
Currently, the situation of transfusional Chagas' disease is considered quite optimistic in several Latin American countries. However, a problem that becomes evident is the occurrence of indeterminate serological reactions in blood centers, confirming the need for improvement of serological techniques, thus minimizing or eliminating the occurrence of these inconclusive results.
