Knowledge transfer in multinational corporations

This paper aims to look at the issue of knowledge transfer within multinational corporation (MNCs). The objectives were achieved by providing additional insights into the complex nature knowledge transfer efforts in MNCs. To do so, a discussion of the challenges associated with definitions and perspectives on knowledge, transfer mechanism, the index influencing inter-subsidiar knowledge transfer, and motivations to transfer knowledge are presented. The paper suggests knowledge transfer efforts are most likely to be successful if motivations are taken.
