摘要：
A series of 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazoles 4 were synthesized by the reaction of 3-pyridyl or 2-methyl-5-nitro-1-imidazomethyl hydrazide and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of ceric ammonium nitrate in dichloromethane as well as by microwave irradiation in ethanol.
