摘要
With the coming of the knowledge economics society, knowledge-based organization develops rapidly. The knowledge-based organization can achieve needed knowledge resources and translate them into productivity through the knowledge sharing. In this paper, through analyzing knowledge sharing using the optimal incentive theory of the principal-agent model under the non-symmetry condition, the essential operational process of knowledge sharing in the knowledge-based organization is revealed and relevant incentive model is designed according to relevant analysis results, incentive criterion, influential factors and the theory of incentives, which may help the organization to utilize the needed knowledge, obtain the sustainable competitive resources and remain the good development state.
