摘要：
The reaction of chloromethyl propargyl ether with 4-(bromomethyl)benzaldehyde in the presence of zinc metal and a chiral ligand, N-ethyl-N-{[(2S)-pyrrolidin-2-yl]methyl}ethanamine, gave 1-[(4-(bromomethyl)phenyl]-2-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)ethanol with a moderate yield and high selectivity.
