摘要：
It is important to predict the tendency of development of Zhejiang province intelligently. According to the guideline of sustainable development system, this paper constructs a simulating and decision-making model with multi-objective, multi-attribute and multi-phase. In this model, Fuzzy Neural Network Model and Grey Model are organically combined together by hybrid model to predict the sustainable development of Zhejiang province. At the end of this paper, a static timetable and a dynamic timetable of modernization are also given.
