Organizational culture and social responsibility are still interesting research topics for researchers and practitioners. This research covered both research fields. Based on different authors' assessment of organizational culture instruments, the criteria were chosen, and a diagnostic instrument for the organizational culture assessment in socially responsible organizations was developed and validated Qualitative and quantitative research was carried out to detail the methodological framework of the research, the used criteria, and the consistency of the research. For qualitative research, 44 socially responsible organizations were chosen and all information provided in the websites of organizations was evaluated. For quantitative research, three socially responsible organizations were chosen.
