摘要
To improve stretchability of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) thin films, structural control using non-ionic surfactants, namely octylphenolethoxylates (OPEs), was examined. OPEs that have polyoxyethylene (POE) chains with polymerization degree (n) of 9.5, 30 and 35 were mixed into PEDOT:PSS. Self-organization of the surfactants was successfully induced in the PEDOT:PSS films during curing to improve electrical and mechanical properties of the films. This microstructural control of the films was also clarified to be effective to suppress increase in the electrical resistance during a uniaxial tensile test.
