Multi-criteria Fuzzy Decision Making Method Based on the Accumulated Score Function and the Accumulated Accuracy Function under Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Environment

摘要
In this paper, a new method is proposed for ranking interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Firstly, the decision maker's risk-preference is introduced for converting an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number to a parametric intuitionistic fuzzy number. Secondly, in order to reduce the uncertain information of IFNs, the hesitancy degree is divided into degrees of membership and non-membership in proportions by considering that decision maker easily produces herd behavior when he/she hesitates about approving or disapproving the candidates in an election. Based on above analysis, new IFNs with more information are obtained by excavating the hesitation degree with the methods of accumulation and limit. Then new score function and new accuracy function are built and used to rank interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Additionally, a new method with decision maker's risk-preference for dealing with multi-criteria fuzzy decision making problems is proposed.
