Intellectual property is an important source of successful business. In vithin a project (VEGA MS SR 1/0549/10, Protection of Competition - Global economic crisis") define by status of competition, of dominant position restrictive competition and analyzed by status of intellectual property from various views: look to the object, to the applications and to control the competitive environment. We identify the dependence of the results of the application of intellectual property practice in relation to competition.
